18 to 20 year Olds can get LTC

Did you know that in the Great State of Texas, being under 21 is not a reason to deny you a License To Carry? This is for Texas residents 18 to 20. You still cannot purchase a handgun or handgun ammunition from a dealer but you do get all the knowledge and other advantages of a license holder.
